This project that my group members and I are working on together will be accomplished by working together with great communication and trust with one another so that we will each do our very best to participate in group work. It is very important that each member of our group participates and does their part to provide information and other necessities for our project. So far, my group members and I have done a great job communicating with one another whenever we have completed our portions of the
assignments associated with our project such as the Annotated Bibliography. How I am to hold myself accountable for task completion and for overcoming any challenges that I may face with working on this assignment is by being goal oriented and being efficient with my time. I aim to complete all my assignments for my group before they are due, so my group members are aware that I have completed part of the assignments, and it also lets them know that the due date for those assignments is approaching. These actions will be very useful in my future nursing practice because I believe a great nurse is very goal oriented and is efficient with their time. And I believe we are getting good practice at those skills in this class while working on this project with other group members.
